Due to the nature of the product, we can only return unused paddles. We do need to clean, sand, and re-oil these with disinfectant oil, just to be sure. Therefore, €20 will be deducted from the return amount by default.

Paddles with signs of use will not be returned.

Register returns at info@spanbksterdam.com. Please include the reason for return, and your order number.
Return the unused product in its original packaging (address will be emailed to you)
After approval, we will refund the purchase price (minus €20 in case of paddles).
